Our Guarantee

We offer a 30 day return policy to all our customers. If the AutoWater Quick-Snap Sprinkler isn't what you wanted or doesn't meet your needs, you can return it for a refund or credit within 30 days of date of purchase. (Refund of shipping charges not included.) If a part breaks or doesn't work properly we'll replace it.

Limited Warranty

Quick-Snap Sprinklers carry a "Limited Warranty". For five years from date of purchase, AutoWater will repair or replace (at its option) the Sprinkler (two years for a Spray) or any of its parts if it is found to be defective as to material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to damage to an Quick-Snap Sprinkler or Spray resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, or accident, to exterior appearance or color or due to improper installation. This warranty extends only to an original user of a Quick-Snap Sprinkler. In no event shall AutoWater be liable for incidental or consequential damages. All implied warranties are limited in duration to one year following purchase. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or of implied warranties. Therefore, the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. If a defect arises in a Quick-Snap Sprinkler or Spray within the warranty period, promptly call AutoWater. We will do our best to make things right by you.
